So I just wanted to let you know what is healthy this fall season.
1. Sweet Potato baked in skin = Ca 60 kcal
(you can even make yummy sweet potato fries ;) )
2. Apples = Ca 52 kcal (pr 100 gr)
3. Broccoli = 34 kcal (pr 100 gr)
4. Pumpkin - incl seeds = 26 kcal (pr 100 gr)
(Halloween is coming up so enjoy everything healthy with pumpkin)
5. Avocado = 170 kcal (pr 100 gr)
(I know it seems like a lot of kcal but it really isn't and avocado is so good for you.)
